The Waterloo Fire Department is located in the City of Waterloo Wisconsin, approximately 25 miles east of Madison in rural Jefferson County.  The Waterloo Fire Department provides Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Service to the City of Waterloo, as well as the townships of Waterloo, Portland, Milford and Sheilds.

Currently the Waterloo Fire Department is staffed by two full time employees who are trained  Firefighter II and EMT-Intermediate Technician. The full time staff provide support to the approximately 58 other members who are trained to various levels to provide quality fire protection and emergency medical service to the community.

The Waterloo Fire Department has proudly partnered with the Columbus Community Hospital to provide Lifeline medical alert systems for the community.  If you would like information on how to obtain a Lifeline unit for yourself, or for a family member, please call the Waterloo Fire Department at (920) 478-2535 or send an email to the department Lifeline administrator. 

What's happening at the Waterloo Fire Department?

 

July 2007 - Waterloo Fire and Rescue was dispatch to the Township of Milford for a Barn Fire.  Upon arrival the barn was fully engulfed.  The surrounding communities of Lake Mills, Reeseville, Watertown and Marshall were dispatched for mutual aide.
